Russia does dill better than anyone. This variety is extremely fragrant and flavorful. Fronds hold their flavor when cooked or dried. Great for pickles. Requisite for authentic borscht and tzatziki.

Best sown directly into the garden in spring and every few weeks thereafter until autumn. Flowers are attractive to beneficial insects and seedheads are lovely in big jars of pickles.
