GOLDEN EMPEROR CALENDULA SEEDS

Calendula officinalis

Big double yellow flowers on vigorous 1’-2' plants. Beautiful and versatile. Suitable for use as food, medicine, cut flowers and dye, but most of all as an ornamental annual in the vegetable garden. Blooms all season here in the Northeast. Performs better in cool maritime climates than marigolds.

Edible petals are fairly mild in flavor and are suitable for botanical “sprinkles". For a pretty rainbow of edible color grow alongside Blaue Gefüllte Bachelor Buttons, Blue Mallow and Radio Calendula.
