ORGANIC

An excellent English strain of common cultivated organic arugula. Less spicy and pungent than the dissected leaves of wild Diplotaxis species, but still delightfully peppery. Easy and fast. Sow directly into good garden soil in early spring and again in autumn.

Elegant and delicious edible flowers in late spring and early summer. Will self-sow if allowed. Makes a nice garden companion for French Breakfast radishes and Salad Bowl lettuce in earliest spring.
