Petroselinum crispum

German cutting parsley. Vigorous upright growth that recovers quickly from cutting. Becoming a favorite among market gardeners in North America for its ease of harvest, remarkable sweet flavor and almost perpetually crisp texture.

This parsley can be sown directly into the garden in early spring or sown into flats and transplanted. Germinates erratically but reliably at cool temperatures in bright light.
